One receptionist. Every kind of business.
Pick yours and watch the call play out.
Or call (815) 634-6751 and hear it.
One Tuesday. Five calls. No voicemail.
Watch FloBook book a color while the stylist's hands are full, refill a cancellation, switch to Spanish, hand a burst water heater straight to the plumber, and take a booking after lock-up. Under three minutes.
Turn the sound on.
From your calendar to live calls in one afternoon.
Bring what you already use. FloBook organizes it with you before answering a call.
Connect bookings first
Connect your booking software or calendar so existing appointments and availability lead the setup. Or skip it for now.
Bring in your business
Paste your website or Google profile, then add menus or price lists. FloBook gathers your services, prices, hours and team.
Review everything together
Check the combined details and answer the questions callers ask. If sources disagree, you choose what FloBook keeps.
Choose your line and texting
Hear your receptionist on its FloBook number, then forward your existing line and turn on customer texts.
Booking information stays the source of truth. Website and file details only replace it when you choose them.
Never lose a booking because the phone was busy.
Unlimited calls, unlimited bookings. FloBook answers every caller, even when they all ring at once.
Count your own.
Look at last week’s missed calls. Voicemail booked none of them.
A missed call isn’t one appointment. It’s a customer who now goes somewhere else.Already paying someone to answer?
A front desk hire covers about 40 hours a week. FloBook covers all 168.
Hours covered a week
Calls at the same time
Sick days, vacation, turnover
Hiring and training
Keep your people for the room. Give the phone to FloBook.

Answering is the part you hear. The rest is where the money is.
One Tuesday, across the businesses FloBook answers for.
Answers while you're busy
Both bays full. Estimate booked for Thursday at 9, nobody on hold.
The waitlist fills the gap
A 3 o’clock cancels, the waitlist gets a text, first reply takes it.
Speaks the caller’s language
Caller switches to Spanish mid-sentence. So does FloBook.
Remembers your regulars
Greeted by name, offered their usual artist and service.
“Call me back at six”
They pick a time, you get the reminder with what they wanted.
Holds the slot with a deposit
Your own payment link goes out by text. No deposit, no held slot.
Still working after you lock up
Booked, confirmed by text, review request in the morning.
You can see everything it did, and what it was worth.
Every call, word for word
Listen back, read the transcript, reply to any text.
What it earned you
Money booked this month, next to what you pay.
What it couldn’t book
Fully booked, wrong service, price. A list worth working.
Reviews, and the ones to fix first
Happy customers go to Google. Unhappy ones come to you first.
Win back who stopped coming
One text to lapsed regulars or no-shows, sent when you say go.
Slots left to book
One screen tells you whether your hours, staff and services leave anything open to book.
Change your number, add a location
Swap numbers any time. Extra locations sit on the same login.
Works with the booking calendar you already use.
Connect directly where available, or use a private calendar link so FloBook sees busy times without replacing your current system.

Straight answers.
Does it sound like a robot?
Like a calm person on a good line. You pick the receptionist name, voice and language your callers hear. Call the demo line and judge for yourself.
What if it can't help?
It offers to transfer to you, or takes a detailed message. Either way you get a text, plus the recording and transcript in your dashboard.
Do I need a new number?
No. You forward your existing line on busy or no-answer. Your number stays yours, and you can take the calls back any time.
Can I hear it before it answers real calls?
Yes. We set up your line first and you call it yourself, so you hear exactly what your customers will hear before you forward anything.
Are calls recorded, and do callers know?
Yes. By default, every call opens with “this call may be recorded for quality and training purposes.” You set how long recordings are kept, delete any of them, and can separately turn on an up-front AI label in settings.
Can it stop no-shows?
Turn on deposits and FloBook texts your own payment link, then holds the slot once it's paid. The money goes straight to you, and FloBook never takes card details on the phone.
What about medical or dental offices?
Not yet. FloBook isn't built for practices handling patient health information. We focus on appointment businesses like salons, auto shops, groomers and home services.
What if I cancel?
Turn forwarding off and your calls ring your phone again. Your customer list and call history export on the way out. No fees, no contract.
Still have a question? Contact us. The FloBook team answers, usually the same day.
Stop sending callers to voicemail.
Claim a free beta spot and we’ll set it up with you on a call, then you hear your receptionist before it answers a single customer.
