Program name

FloBook Appointment Messaging, operated by FloBook LLC, doing business as FloBook.ai on behalf of the business you called or booked with. Texts you receive are sent in that business's name.

What the messages are

• Appointment confirmations after you book.
• Appointment reminders before your appointment, with a link to reschedule.
• A single reply if you called the business and hung up before booking, containing a booking link.
• Answers to texts you send the business, and changes you ask for.
• Deposit or payment-link requests, callback and waitlist updates.
• Review requests, rebooking reminders, birthday messages, win-back messages, and offers, only where the business has a lawful basis and any required consent.

How often

Message frequency varies and depends on your appointments. Most people receive two to four messages per appointment.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. FloBook and the business do not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop all further texts from that business. You'll get one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, then nothing more. You can restart by replying START.

Consent

Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of purchase. The business whose name appears in the message is responsible for collecting and documenting any consent the law requires and for using your number only for permitted purposes. Giving a phone number for an appointment may allow transactional messages about that appointment, but does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing where separate consent is required.

Quiet hours

Businesses are responsible for choosing lawful sending times for your location. Confirmations and direct replies that you trigger may arrive immediately. Automated timing can be affected by incorrect location information, carrier delay, or system availability.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers or devices. FloBook provides the messaging software on the business's behalf; the business is responsible for its message recipients, content, offers, consent records, and legal compliance.

Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.
